Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This policy explains what data VPNSQ processes when providing cross-border network acceleration and subscription services, why it is processed, how it is stored, and what choices users can exercise. Please read the following terms before using the service.
1. Data Collected and Processing Purposes
No email address is required to register. Users can create an account with a username and password. The system processes the username, encrypted authentication credentials, and necessary account status information for login verification, plan delivery, account security, and support tickets. Passwords are not stored in a directly readable form.
When a user purchases or changes a plan, the system creates an order record including the selected plan, amount due, payment status, activation time, traffic usage status, and refund processing result. This information is used to confirm transactions, deliver the service, reconcile billing, handle after-sales requests, and resolve order disputes. To enforce traffic quotas, the system must record the traffic already used and remaining on an account, but it does not use this information to create a profile of browsing content.
The website may collect analytics such as pages visited, referring pages, browser type, device category, language settings, and interaction events. This aggregated information is used to check whether pages work properly, improve navigation, and troubleshoot technical issues. It is not used to record which specific external websites a user visits.
2. No-Logs Policy and Connection Data
VPNSQ follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit, retain web content, DNS query content, or historical records that could reconstruct browsing activity, and does not create a destination list searchable by account.
The service does not retain connection logs that can permanently identify an individual's browsing history. To keep systems running, protect security, and troubleshoot faults, servers may generate temporary technical status information while handling requests. This status is used only for as long as needed for its operational purpose, then cleared or aggregated into data that does not point to specific browsing content. Account traffic quotas and order status are service fulfillment records, not browsing content logs.
3. Cookies and Local Storage
The website and user panel may use Cookies or browser local storage to save login sessions, language preferences, interface state, and necessary security markers. This data keeps users signed in, restores their choices, and ensures that page functions continue to work. After Cookies or local storage are cleared, users may need to sign in again and reset their preferences.
Analytics tools may also use necessary identifiers to distinguish access sessions and generate aggregated page data. Browsers can restrict or clear this storage, but some account features may then be unable to preserve their current state.
4. Payment Processing and Data Sharing
The service supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payment confirmation is handled by the relevant third-party channel. VPNSQ receives the transaction status, order identifier, and amount needed to complete an order, and does not require users to submit the full authentication credentials of a third-party payment account to this site.
Data is shared with relevant service providers only as needed to deliver subscriptions, process payments, maintain infrastructure, provide ticket support, or fulfill applicable obligations. Each third-party channel's own privacy rules apply to data it collects independently. Users can review the applicable channel's information before making a payment.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Account data is retained while an account is active to provide login, plan, and after-sales functions. Order, payment status, and refund records are retained for as long as needed to reconcile transactions, complete financial processing, resolve disputes, and meet necessary compliance obligations. Analytics data is retained for aggregated purposes; data no longer needed is deleted, de-identified, or aggregated.
Users can request deletion of an account and eligible associated data through the ticket function in the user panel. Before submitting a request, users should confirm which order credentials and service information still need to be retained. After verifying the request, VPNSQ will process data that no longer needs to be kept. Records that must be retained for transaction reconciliation, dispute handling, or applicable obligations will be deleted after the relevant purpose ends.
6. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated when service features, data processing procedures, or applicable rules change. Revised versions will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be changed. If an update materially affects data processing, the website or user panel will provide an appropriate notice. Before continuing to use the service, users can review the changes and decide whether to continue.
