ACCOUNT
Account & Subscription
Account setup, subscription refreshes, device changes, and client access.
What do I need to set up a VPNSQ account?
No email address is required. Register with a username and password. Choose a username that is not easily confused with accounts on other websites, and store your password in a reliable password manager. After creating an account, open the user panel to view plans, orders, client downloads, and subscription details.
How do I update my subscription link?
First copy the current subscription from the user panel, then return to the client and run the subscription update or refresh the configuration. If the client still shows old routes, delete the existing configuration and import the current subscription again. Treat the subscription link like account credentials: do not post it publicly or forward it to anyone you do not trust.
Do I need to buy again when I change devices?
No. VPNSQ does not limit the number of devices. You can sign in on your own devices and import the subscription linked to the same account. When changing devices, simply download the client and current subscription from the user panel; there is no need to purchase an existing plan again. After retiring the old device, delete any saved subscription information from it.
Which operating systems does VPNSQ support?
VPNSQ supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Client download links are available in the user panel. After signing in, choose the client for your current operating system. Before importing a subscription, make sure the system clock is correct and allow the client to establish the required network connections.
What should I do if I forget my username or cannot access my account?
Because no email address is required for registration, the username is important for identifying your account. Check your browser’s saved records, password manager, and order screenshots first. If you still cannot confirm the details, use the ticket entry in the user panel to provide order information and describe the issue so support can verify it.
CONNECT
Connections & Troubleshooting
Troubleshoot step by step, starting with subscription imports, connection status, and app traffic routing.
I am connected, but webpages still will not open. What should I check?
First confirm that the client is using the current imported subscription and that an available route is selected. Then fully quit and reopen the client, switch to another route, and test a regular webpage and the target service separately. If no applications can connect, switch to a different local network and try again to distinguish a local network issue from a route issue.
Why is a particular app not using the accelerated route?
A common reason is that the client is in rule mode and traffic from the target app does not match the relevant rule. Temporarily switch to a connection mode with broader coverage for comparison. If the app works afterward, the issue is likely rule matching. Update the subscription and rules, and check whether the operating system restricts the client from running in the background.
What should I do if subscription import fails or shows a format error?
Copy the complete subscription again from the user panel, taking care not to omit characters or add spaces. Make sure you are using the client’s subscription import function rather than a single-route input field. If the old subscription has been edited repeatedly, delete the old configuration and import it again. If the problem persists, download the client for your current operating system from the user panel.
Do I need to import the subscription again after switching networks?
Usually not. When switching between networks, the existing connection may drop as the local network changes. Wait for the network to recover and reconnect. If the client remains stuck on connecting, disconnect the current route, confirm that the local network can open webpages normally, then select another route and connect again.
What should I do if new routes still do not appear after updating the subscription?
Confirm that the update completed without an error, then check whether the client is still reading an older local configuration. Quit and restart the client, then refresh the subscription again. If the route list is unchanged, delete the old subscription and import the current one from the user panel so an older configuration with a similar name is not selected.
ROUTE
Speed & Routes
Choose an exit based on the target region, route performance, and the specific use case.
What should I do when connections slow down during peak hours?
Avoid repeatedly reconnecting to the same route. Switch to other routes in the same region and compare webpage loading, video playback, or file transfers. If the target service does not require a specific region, try an exit point closer to your current location. Change only one route or connection mode at a time so you can identify the cause.
Should I choose a route by region or by type?
Start by filtering for the region required by the target service, then compare the available route types there. For everyday browsing and collaboration tools, prioritize connection stability. For region-restricted content, first make sure the exit region meets the requirement. When no specific region is needed, a nearby route with stable current performance is usually easier to troubleshoot.
Can video, AI tools, and regular webpages use the same route?
You can start by testing the same route, but different services may have different requirements for exit regions, persistent connections, and streaming responses. If regular webpages work while video or AI tools do not, the entire connection has not necessarily failed. Test each target service separately and try other routes in the same region instead of judging every route by one app.
How broad is VPNSQ’s route coverage?
VPNSQ covers 90+ countries and provides 200+ routes. The route selection page lists available entry points by region. Choose based on the target service’s regional requirements, your local network environment, and current connection performance rather than staying on one route permanently.
How can I tell whether the problem is my local network or the selected route?
Disconnect the accelerated connection first and confirm that your current network can open commonly used webpages. Then reconnect to the original route and test the target service. Next, change only the route without altering other settings. If multiple routes perform the same way, check the local network, system clock, and client permissions. If only certain routes fail, switch routes and try again later.
BILLING
Billing & Refunds
Review monthly subscriptions, data packages, upgrade rules, payment options, and the refund process.
What prices and data tiers are available for monthly subscriptions?
Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. Choose a tier based on your usual video, file-transfer, and browsing needs rather than a single session’s usage.
Do data packages expire?
Data packages remain valid until the data is used and never expire. Options include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They suit users with irregular usage who prefer to consume data as needed, while monthly subscriptions reset each month on the activation date.
How is a mid-cycle upgrade for a monthly subscription calculated?
For a mid-cycle monthly subscription upgrade, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. Before upgrading, review the current and target plans in the user panel and submit the change after confirming the details. Monthly data still resets on the activation date; an upgrade does not convert the subscription into a non-expiring data package.
Which payment methods are supported?
VPNSQ supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. After selecting a plan in the user panel, available payment options appear during checkout. Before paying, verify the plan type, data tier, and order amount so that a monthly subscription is not confused with a non-expiring data package.
How do I request a refund?
VPNSQ offers a 30-day no-questions-asked refund. To request one, open the ticket entry in the user panel, provide the relevant order details and refund request, and submit the required information under the refund policy. Keep your order records during processing and avoid sending duplicate requests with the same information.
