Terms of Service
These terms set the basic rules for accessing and using VPNSQ cross-border network acceleration services. By using the service, users confirm that they have read and agree to follow these terms.
Last updated: August 2026
Service Scope and Applicability
VPNSQ provides cross-border network acceleration and international route subscription services, covering 90+ countries / 200+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes, entry points, and connection methods are determined by the user panel at the time of use and may change due to maintenance, regional network conditions, or upstream resource adjustments.
The service is intended to improve the connection path between a user's device and the target network service. Actual connection quality is affected by the user's local network, device configuration, target service status, route congestion, and changes in public networks. VPNSQ does not separately guarantee continued access to any particular website, application, or regional content, nor does it promise that a fixed exit location will remain available indefinitely.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required; users can create an account with a username and password. Users must safeguard their username, password, subscription links, and other access credentials in the user panel, and are responsible for activity carried out under their account. If credentials may have been exposed, users should promptly change their password and update the relevant configuration.
An active subscription supports unlimited devices, but connections are limited to devices managed or actually used by the account holder. Users may not publicly publish, resell, rent out, or distribute subscription links in bulk, or offer the account as a shared service to unrelated people. Unlimited devices does not change the account's personal-use nature; unusual sharing, automated bulk connections, or activity clearly beyond normal personal use may trigger a security review.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date, and upgrade price differences are prorated by the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and do not expire. Users should verify the plan type, traffic allowance, and current subscription status before placing an order to avoid disruption caused by duplicate actions or an incorrect selection.
Lawful Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the service is used, and must independently confirm that their access to target content, network activities, and data processing comply with those requirements. The service may not be used for illegal activity, infringement of others' lawful rights, distribution of malicious programs, interference with network facilities, unauthorized system access, or bulk abuse of third-party services.
Users may not use the service to launch attacks, scan for vulnerabilities, send spam, impersonate others, or engage in activity that could harm route resources, target platforms, or other users' normal connections. Users who carry out such activity are responsible for any resulting complaints, disputes, losses, or legal liability.
Availability and Liability Limits
VPNSQ performs maintenance, routing, and resource adjustments based on route conditions. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, public network disruptions, changes in target service policies, force majeure, or third-party infrastructure failures may cause temporary interruptions, route switching, or partial unavailability. Necessary maintenance may take place without advance notice to limit its impact.
Users should save important configurations and business data themselves and should not use the service as the sole means of transmitting or storing critical data. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNSQ is not liable for indirect losses caused by device failures, incorrect configurations, changes to third-party platforms, public network disruptions, or failure to update connection configurations in time. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Restrictions and Termination
If an account involves resale, public subscription sharing, malicious consumption of route resources, interference with service operation, violations of applicable laws or regulations, or ongoing infringement of others' rights, VPNSQ may take measures appropriate to the risk, including warnings, connection limits, subscription suspension, or account termination. Related functions may be temporarily restricted when an investigation is necessary.
Users may stop using the service. Connection access ends when a subscription expires, traffic is used up, or an account is lawfully terminated. Account termination does not affect obligations arising before termination or provisions that by their nature should remain effective, including lawful-use duties, liability limits, and dispute-handling terms.
Changes and Refund Guidance
VPNSQ may update these terms in response to changes in service content, route management, legal requirements, or operating procedures. The revised text will be published on this page and the last-updated date will be adjusted accordingly. Material changes will be announced through available on-site methods; continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised content.
Refund matters are governed by the separate Refund Policy; a full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 30 days of the first payment.
